The practice focuses on collective bargaining preparation, grievance process support, labour–management relations advisory, and labour relations training for management.

Petros Barlas
Petros Barlas is a labour relations consultant and a Master of Industrial Relations (MIR) candidate at Queen’s University, with experience in the federal public service and union representation. He previously worked in procurement with the federal government, where he served as a shop steward, and currently holds the role for the MIR Executive Committee.

​He holds a bachelors from the University of Ottawa, a law degree from abroad and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. While he is a liscencing candidate with the Law Society of Ontario, his work is advisory in nature and focused exclusively on labour relations strategy, preparation, and process.
